Flushing medium is a formulation for washing of human ova, and embryo.
Ferticult flushing medium can also be used for swim-up techniques of human , injection in oocytes during ICSI, introduction of washed in the uterus (IUI) and for embryo transfer.
The medium is complete and needs no further additives. The medium contains HEPES; no CO2 incubation is required.
Ferticult flushing medium is a ready-to-use HEPES-buffered medium which also contains bicarbonate, physiologic salts, glucose, lactate and human serum albumin (4.00 g/litre).
